What happens after my inquiry?

Once we have received your enquiry, we will check the feasibility of the requirements together with our graphics team. We will also check whether all the information required for a customised design is available. If you have any questions, we will get back to you by e-mail or, if you wish, by telephone.
Is the design service available for only one product?

No. You can also use one design for several packaging or product series. In our Premium package, we also offer you the option of creating several designs in your corporate identity.
What file formats should the files have?

In order to fulfil your order, we need your graphics, photos and texts in the following formats:

- Graphics as vector or image files (JPG, TiF min. 300 dpi)
- Colours (CMYK and Pantone)
- Fonts as font files (licensed)
- Images (JPG, TiF min. 300 dpi)
- Content as editable text documents (Word, Excel) 
What information do we need for a successful product design?

So that we can design your order exactly according to your wishes, you should send us all the information about your company's corporate identity. In addition, precise information on the placement of the texts and designs on the packaging is a prerequisite for a successful product design.
Am I the owner of the final artwork after commissioning?

Yes, you are 100% owner of the artwork. Please note that All4Graphics' designs are precisely matched to Labelprint24's packaging, materials and die-cutting contours and are not universal artwork. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the artwork when it is produced by other service providers.
