We would like to welcome you as a new customer at Labelprint24! In order to register in our customer account, you first have to navigate to our customer area. Now please enter your data into the form field "Are you a new customer?". If you have filled in all fileds with your data and the "Captcha" field correctly, simply click on "Register".

How can I receive the newsletter?

You have two options for this
1. "My account" -> Basic settings -> Check the box "Would you like to receive information about new products?" (newsletter)
2. Click on the tab "Newsletter" on the right side of the screen and enter your email address. After Double-Opt-In procedure you only have to click on the confirmation which is sent to your email address and you will receive the latest news and offers.

Where and how do I see my credit balance?

There is no credit account with us, in case of underdelivery the remaining amount will be transferred back.

Where and how can I delete my customer account?

Accepted Answer

You can have the customer account deleted at any time by sending an e-mail with your customer data to info@labelprint24.com.

How can I cancel the newsletter?

Accepted Answer

At the end of each newsletter you have the possibility to unsubscribe simply by clicking on a link.
