How do I contact the customer support?
You can find our support on our homepage on the right side of the screen or by selecting it from the navigation bar ("Service & Help" -> "Support"). Select the appropriate search field under "Subject" and leave your contact details in the form of an e-mail address and/or your telephone number, and a text describing your request under "Comments". We will deal with your request as soon as possible.
